Hey you…

Feeling like crap? That’s just because you’re poor. Let’s get you rich and happy again.

WELCOME TO FIRST CLASS UNI

Hi, my name’s Dee.

A couple years ago, I was thrown out of life on easy mode into full-fledged adulthood. I got a job.

But that job had nothing to do with what I studied in college. And it was NOT easy to get that job.

A lot of things weren’t easy both in college and out of it. It seemed crazy to me that in four years of studying, nothing about actually getting a job, surviving adulthood, or fending for yourself is ever taught.

That’s because the general “studying is all you need” mentality is a scam

College is probably the most diverse environment anyone will ever experience. You’ll meet people smarter than you, richer than you, more artistic than you, and so on.

It’s the best place to learn who you are and what you want. It’s also a great opportunity to build life-changing relationships, experiment with skills, grow your talents, and overall just build the best possible version of yourself.

WHY FCU WAS BORN

Let me make this clear.

The goal has NEVER been and will NEVER be to make you drop out. I don’t want your mother sending goons after me.

The goal is to help you make the most of those four years. Formal education focuses only on one aspect of education–academic excellence. You need more than that.

As soon as those four years are up, you’ll be thrown out into a brutal world.

You’re going to have to negotiate like a boss to avoid getting lowballed at your first job, you’ll need to scan for signs of mold and pest infestation when you go first apartment hunting (prepare to be shocked at the price of curtains by the way), and you’ll have to learn the difference between a ROTH IRA and a 401K.

That’s the point of this blog. To teach you everything college “forgets” to teach you… And a little extra, just stuff that will help you survive in uni and out of it.

I’LL TEACH YOU:

  • How to study hard without killing your soul
  • How to build work experience while studying
  • How to make the most of ALL college has to offer
  • How to get money and spend it wisely

You’ll learn how to prepare yourself for a First Class life while chasing that degree.

I know everybody has a different definition of a First Class life, but I truly hope the things you learn here help you build a life you’re comfortable with.

Wishing you peace and funds,

Dee
